Return and exchange policy
1, If you don’t seem to be satisfied with the costume, please contact with us in 7 days after you receiving it. Show us photos about the problem. We accept return or exchange if it’s our problem.
2, We accept to exchange the costume if you choose the incorrect size. But you want to pay for the return shipping fee and the reshipping fee.
3, We don’t accept return and exchange for size problem if the costume is custom made. So if customize, please confirm the measurements given us are correct.
4, The returned items will have to be intact and not used.
5, Please ship back the costume with a tracking number so that we will be able to track where it arrives.
